Job Overview:
As a Business Setup Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and recommend the most suitable company formation solutions. You will oversee the complete setup process, from the initial consultation to business registration, while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and delivering a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation in the UAE.
Recommend appropriate business structures, license types, and registration options based on client requirements.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting all required documentation.
Coordinate with government departments, licensing authorities, and Free Zone administrations to complete registrations.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales objectives.
Stay informed about changes in UAE business laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory updates.
Offer continuous support to clients throughout the company formation process and beyond.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Setup Consultant within the UAE.
Comprehensive knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business formation procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines.
Strong understanding of UAE licensing regulations and company registration processes.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
