Job Summary:
As a Field Operator, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of plant equipment, conduct routine field inspections, monitor system performance, and assist with operational activities to keep the facility running smoothly. You will work closely with the control room and maintenance teams to identify issues, minimize downtime, and maintain safe operating conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Inspect and monitor field equipment to ensure reliable operation.
– Carry out routine operational checks and report any irregularities immediately.
– Support plant start-up, shutdown, and normal production activities.
– Follow company safety standards, operational procedures, and environmental guidelines.
– Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and inspection reports.
– Coordinate with control room operators and maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues.
– Assist in troubleshooting operational problems and help improve plant efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
– Technical diploma or a relevant engineering qualification.
– Previous experience as a Field Operator or in a similar industrial environment is preferred.
– Sound knowledge of plant operations, process equipment, and workplace safety practices.
– Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
– Flexibility to work rotating shifts when required.
