Job Summary:
As a Construction Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring construction work follows approved plans, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. The role requires close monitoring of project progress, effective problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering work safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily construction activities on site.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
Monitor construction progress and provide regular project updates.
Enforce quality control procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues to minimize project delays.
Prepare daily and weekly site reports while maintaining accurate project documentation.
Support the successful and timely completion of construction projects without compromising quality standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Previous experience as a Construction Site Engineer is preferred.
Good understanding of construction practices, site supervision, and project execution.
Ability to read, interpret, and implement engineering drawings and technical documents.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
