Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide technical support and assistance to employees and users
✅ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues
✅ Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and business applications
✅ Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure system availability and performance
✅ Support network connectivity and troubleshoot communication issues
✅ Respond to user requests and provide timely technical solutions
✅ Maintain documentation of technical issues, repairs, and system updates
✅ Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security measures
✅ Work closely with internal teams to improve overall IT operations
✅ Ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and office technology
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
✔ Minimum two years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support roles
✔ Strong understanding of operating systems, computer hardware, and software applications
✔ Good knowledge of networking concepts, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
✔ Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Proficiency in spoken and written English
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
✔ Capability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary: Minimum 7,000 SAR per month
