The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring detailed project schedules, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved within the defined timelines. As an Aramco Approved Planning Engineer, you will play a critical role in project execution by handling complete planning functions. You will analyze project requirements, prepare baseline schedules, track progress, and ensure proper reporting. Your expertise will help identify risks, delays, and corrective actions to keep the project on track.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and supporting decision-making through reliable data and forecasting.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop, update, and control project schedules using Primavera P6 (Oracle)
✔ Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
✔ Monitor project progress and highlight delays or critical issues
✔ Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
✔ Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and management
✔ Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are achieved
✔ Perform resource allocation, forecasting, and cost tracking
✔ Identify project risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies
✔ Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reporting systems
✔ Support project control functions and management decisions

🎓 Education Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline

💼 Experience Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling
✔ Must be Aramco Approved (Mandatory Requirement)
✔ Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial projects is highly preferred
✔ Proven track record in handling large-scale projects

📊 Technical & Professional Skills:
✔ Strong command of Primavera P6
✔ Certification in Primavera P6 (preferred)
✔ Knowledge of project control systems and reporting tools
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
